Shipping Policy
On-line purchasing and shipping policy
Prices listed on our website are exclusive to on-line purchases only. All orders must be paid for in advance by credit card. AMEX, MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted. There is no minimum order for on-line orders.
Orders can be shipped out UPS, specified carrier, or picked up at our facility in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. Will Call is open Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Items that are available for same day pick up for Will Call customers, will be noted on the specific item. Most items are ready for Will Call 1-2 days after your order has been placed.
Shipping Charges are determined by the weight and size of your items, number of packages, and your delivery zip code. The final charge for shipping will appear at the end of your transaction.
Over size items can not be shipped out UPS, this will be noted on each specific item. Please contact Customer Service for more detailed information for items deemed freight or oversized. |
